What are the
fees for your services?

Fees vary depending on the specific service provided. We do not file for insurance reimbursement. Most services provided in this office are not covered by insurance plans as they are legally rather than medically necessary.

What are the forms of
payment you accept?

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Payment for service is due at the time service is rendered. For some services payment is required in advance. When services are provided via audio or video conference, an invoice for payment online will be provided in advance of the appointment.

What are your
office hours?

Office hours vary but are generally Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is limited availability for evening hours. Weekend hours are available on occasion. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
