What are the fees for your services?

Fees are customary for the services provided.  Please feel free to contact our office for additional information regarding fees for your specific situation.  As a courtesy, we can contact your insurance company to obtain information about your coverage for our services but generally we do not file for insurance reimbursement. *The information obtained for you is not guaranteed by this office and it is important to know that sometimes the information provided over the telephone by the insurance company may be different than the actual coverage provided. Also it is important to know that most services provided in this office are not covered by insurance plans as they are legally rather than medically necessary. 

*Dr. Parnell is a Blue Cross/Blue Shield provider only.  There are many plans within Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Dr. Parnell may not be considered an in network provider on your plan.  Most services Dr. Parnell provides will not be covered by insurance.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  Payment on other credit cards can be taken through PayPal. Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered.  For some services payment is required in advance.

What are your office hours?

Office hours vary but are generally Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is limited availability for afternoon hours. Evening and weekend hours are available on occasion.  Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
